Please read these terms carefully before booking a surprise with us.
Booking & Confirmation
Every booking made through this website or WhatsApp is treated as a request and is confirmed only once our team verifies slot availability and receives the applicable advance payment. Prices, themes and inclusions shown on the site are indicative and may vary slightly by date, venue and customisation.
Payments
An advance is required to hold your slot for rooftop and select Prime Time packages, with the balance payable on the day of the event. All prices are in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of any additional customisation requested outside the listed package.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the slot are accommodated subject to availability. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked slot, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund of the advance amount. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Liability
We take reasonable care in setting up every surprise safely, but we are not responsible for pre-existing allergies, injuries, weather disruptions, venue restrictions imposed by third parties, or reactions of the surprise recipient. Decor items, props and mascots remain our property and must be returned at the end of the experience unless stated otherwise.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Information We Collect
When you book a surprise or contact us, we collect details such as your name, phone number, event date, location and any special notes you share, so we can plan and deliver your experience accurately.
How We Use It
Your information is used solely to confirm bookings, coordinate logistics with our on-ground team, send WhatsApp updates about your slot, and improve our packages. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Sharing
We may share limited details with trusted vendors (decorators, mascot artists, delivery partners) strictly to fulfil your booking. Any photos or videos taken during an experience are used publicly only with your consent.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. Booking conversations over WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy and security terms.
Your Choices
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion once your booking is complete, by messaging us on WhatsApp or through the contact page.
